氹仔地堡街這十年間各式食肆林立，要闖出名堂份屬不易，但水晶宮海鮮火鍋不僅能夠站穩陣腳，更能開設分店壯大規模，的確為澳門的火鍋業傳奇。

集團經營

水晶宮海鮮火鍋是十六浦德興集團屬下的分支機構，十六浦德興集團旗下的火鍋店遍佈全澳，除了有水晶宮海鮮火鍋外，包括德興火鍋及口福館海鮮火鍋等，業務龐大。於二○○六年時，十六浦德興集團有感氹仔區對火鍋生意需求甚切，所以在現時泉福新邨地鋪購置鋪位，開設分店。

海鮮火鍋

在水晶宮海鮮火鍋用餐，消費可謂豐儉由人。除了現在時下流行的自助火鍋外，更設有用料新鮮的海鮮火鍋。水晶宮海鮮火鍋出名之處有三寶：龍蝦、象拔蚌及鮑魚。食客來到水晶宮海鮮火鍋，不單止會點比較大路的龍蝦及象拔蚌刺身，更會來一客龍蝦兩食，讓食客在品嚐火鍋的時候，更能食到惹味的椒鹽龍蝦及上湯龍蝦伊麵，十分實惠。

細手體貼

水晶宮海鮮火鍋能在開業五年間，吸引到大批忠實顧客支持，有賴其海鮮三寶外，更靠其能照顧食客的口味轉變。在每年的七、八月天氣較熱的季節，水晶宮海鮮火鍋就會推出一些海鮮套餐，再配搭其清淡湯底，讓食客食得更開懷。同時間，水晶宮海鮮火鍋配料選擇多，除了主打的海鮮之外，還有雪花肥牛粒和手打烏雞丸。特別是後者，其賣點不但是滋補養顏，更是現叫現打，讓每個食客都難以忘懷其爽滑彈牙的口感。

食材新鮮

據水晶宮海鮮火鍋負責人陳家賢先生透露，水晶宮海鮮火鍋店能夠成功的要訣，就是因為他們的專業態度。在食材選擇方面，因為水晶宮海鮮火鍋是以海鮮作為主打，所以對來貨的品質控制非常嚴格，絕對不會退而求其次，以次等貨奉客。所以水晶宮海鮮火鍋的配料都是每天都是新鮮取貨，當晚就會售清，務求讓每一個食客都對水晶宮海鮮火鍋讚不絕口。陳先生每天在開業前三小時就會到達店內，仔細檢查店內每一個環節。由廚所的準備工作，再到樓面的清潔，他都會要求員工努力做好，保持水晶宮海鮮火鍋的專業水準。

沉實穩重

作為本澳火鍋業的老字號，水晶宮海鮮火鍋秉承其母公司的十六浦德興集團的穩重風格，不會像坊間其他火鍋店一樣加推其他像雪鍋、燒烤等業務，以貫徹及維持水晶宮海鮮火鍋的專業形象，著重於取材新鮮來留住顧客，因為水晶宮海鮮火鍋深信，這種經營方式才能夠持夠，他們正是一個最好範例。

未來大計

在未來水晶宮海鮮火鍋發展路向方面，會積極在本澳各區物色地點開設分店，發展內地及海外市場業務。同時，水晶宮海鮮火鍋會在今年三月，更新現時位於地堡街的店鋪設備，讓客人不但可以食得開懷，更可以食得安全又舒適。
